Seaside – Youngs River Falls Loop

Trail Info: The ride climbs the low hill east of Seaside, descends into the Lewis & Clark River Valley and follows the Lewis & Clark River north towards Astoria.  The ride crosses a low hill, enters the Youngs River Valley and follows Youngs River south to beautiful Youngs River Falls.  From the falls, the ride reverses directions and heads north to Miles Crossing.  From Miles Crossing, the ride then follows Lewis & Clark Road and Logan road south to Seaside. From the Visitors Bureau turn left (east) on Broadway and cross the bridge to the 4-way stop at Wahanna Road.  Turn left and stay on Wahanna Road to the intersection with Lewis & Clark Road just past North Coast Family Fellowship.  Turn right to Lewis & Clark Road, cross the bridge and follow Lewis & Clark Road keeping left at the bottom of the hill.  Ride up the hill and descend the other side continuing north on Lewis & Clark Road to the junction with Logan Road about 9 miles from the Visitor Bureau.  Bear right at the junction with Logan Road.  Follow Logan Road about 2 miles to Tucker Creek Lane.  Turn right on Tucker Creek Lane and ride over a low hill about 1.5 miles to Youngs River Road.  Turn Right on Youngs River Road and ride about 3.5 miles turning right on a short side road to Youngs River Falls.  Leaving the falls, turn left on Youngs River Road and follow Youngs River Road north to Miles Crossing.  At Miles Crossing, turn left to Lewis & Clark Road.  Follow Lewis & Clark Road south about 3.5 miles and continue straight ahead on Logan Road.  (Do not cross the bridge on the right) Follow Logan Road about 3 miles to the intersection with Lewis & Clark Road.  Follow Lewis & Clark Road back to Seaside and the Visitors Bureau.
